Submission procedure

The oral presentations must be written in English, not exceeding six pages according to the following format:

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. Fill out the online registration form.
  2. Submit the presentation online.

PRESENTATION PROCEDURE

  1. After the presentation is accepted, the author must choose between an in-person or virtual presentation.
  2. The oral presentation can be in French, English or Arabic.

Acceptance notification: September 30, 2025
Conference date: October 17-18, 2025
